Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of JustRunMyAds.ai and the advertising management services provided by ChanVentures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up or using our service, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our service.

1. Service Description

JustRunMyAds.ai is an advertising management service for small businesses. We create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Search, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other platforms as agreed. Our service includes:

• Campaign setup and ad creative development
• Ongoing campaign management and optimization
• Monthly performance reporting
• Periodic SMS check-ins to track lead flow
• AI-assisted strategy recommendations

We manage your advertising on your behalf, but you remain the account owner on all ad platforms. You are responsible for maintaining access to those accounts and for complying with each platform's own terms of service.

Ad spend is separate. Our flat monthly fee covers management only. You pay the ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) directly for the cost of running your ads. Your ad spend goes to your ads — not to us.

2. Payment Terms

Our service is billed on a flat monthly subscription basis. The fee depends on the plan you select at signup (Starter, Scaler, or Dominator). Pricing is displayed clearly at the time of purchase and is subject to change with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

Billing details:

• Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle
• All fees are in US dollars
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused service periods

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@justrunmyads.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to pause or terminate your campaigns until the balance is resolved.

3. SMS Communications Consent

By providing your phone number during signup, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from JustRunMyAds.ai, sent via Twilio, for the purpose of campaign check-ins and service communications.

What to expect:

• Check-in messages are sent at your chosen cadence: weekly, every 14 days, or monthly
• Messages ask you to rate your lead flow on a 1–5 scale
• Your responses help us optimize your campaigns
• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier

We do not use SMS for unsolicited marketing. Messages are sent only to clients who have signed up and provided their phone number for this purpose.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during signup
• Maintain a valid payment method on file
• Grant us access to the ad accounts we need to manage your campaigns
• Comply with the advertising policies of Google, Meta, and any other platforms we use on your behalf
• Not use our service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful advertising
• Notify us promptly if your business information, contact details, or ad account access changes

5. Results and Performance

We work hard to deliver results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a set number of leads, calls, or sales. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, seasonality, ad platform algorithms, and your own business operations.

We will manage your campaigns with professional care and optimize them based on available data. Monthly reports and SMS check-ins are designed to keep you informed and to improve performance over time.

6. Intellectual Property

Ad creatives, copy, and strategy documents we produce for you are created for your use as part of the service. You own the rights to the final ad content we create specifically for your business. We retain the right to use anonymized performance data and general methodologies to improve our service.

The JustRunMyAds.ai brand, website, and platform are owned by ChanVentures LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChanVentures LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel by contacting us at support@justrunmyads.ai. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our service or other clients.

Upon termination, we will stop managing your campaigns. You retain ownership of your ad accounts and any content we created for you.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Delaware or remotely by mutual agreement.

You agree to resolve disputes with us individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
