We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, or health information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Set up and manage your advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Send you monthly performance reports about your campaigns
• Send periodic SMS check-in messages to track how your leads are performing
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support
• Process your subscription payments
• Improve our service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

We will never use your information to send you unrelated marketing from third parties.

3. SMS Communications (Twilio)

We use Twilio to send SMS messages to clients who have provided their phone number and consented to receive them during signup.

Message frequency varies based on your chosen check-in cadence (weekly, every 14 days, or monthly). Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you enter your payment details, they go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We share your data only with the service providers necessary to operate our business (Twilio for SMS, Stripe for payments, and the ad platforms we manage on your behalf). Each of these providers is contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we specify.

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return. Campaign performance data and SMS response logs are retained to support your monthly reports and service history.

If you cancel your account and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance reasons.

7. Cookies and Analytics
